We carry out cyclical painting works in both public and private sectors. Working for a number of schools, social landlords and management companies, we understand the differing needs of our clients. Anglia Decor can provide section 20 estimates for planned painting works. We are capable of carrying out large scale projects, using specialist mobile elevated work platforms to keep access costs down. We are also skilled in prior to paint repairs, using the repair care system, a long lasting 2 part resin. Where fascia, soffit or windowsill go beyond economical repair we remove the substrate and replace with new wood. This element of the project is crucial to achieving long lasting cyclical painting works.
We have build up good relationships with paint suppliers, scaffolding companies and access rental equipment firms. This helps us keep costs down and make best use of their paint and equipment. We work with the Dulux Partnership scheme at times when our clients specified and are well able to meet their quality control standards.
When it comes to internal painting projects to staircases, communal hallways and social housing our teams of decorators are considerate to the residents. It is not only our workplace while the works take place, but your clients homes. The job is tidied up as works progress and carried out in a safe manor to minimise the risks posed. The nature of our work is busier during the summer months, with external projects being carried out. We balance this with scheduling internal painting and decorating projects during the winter months.
Planned maintenance & cyclical painting
With all cyclical painting work we give a clear quotation detailing costs involved. For external painting projects, we usually find areas of rot to fascia, soffit or windows. These prior to paint repairs are usually not included in the painting quotation, we take pictures of the repairs and provide an additional work quote to remedy. It is in our clients best interests to have these repairs carried out and ensures a lasting painting job.
Snagging- Should there be any items to be completed, i.e. a tenant was away on holiday we will get back and complete the works on an agreed date.
Guaranteed works- 12 months warranty on all completed works.
We liaise with your tenants to arrange the decoration work.

Health and safety compliant, we provide risk assessments and method statements prior to commencing work. We have an ongoing commitment to train our decorators and keep their skills up to date. On all jobs, we provide toolbox talks to ensure our workers are familiar with the work method and health and safety measures in place.
