Planned maintenance & cyclical painting
With all cyclical painting work we give a clear quotation detailing costs involved. Most external redecoration projects require prior to paint repairs. Our operatives will uncover any areas of rot, take pictures of the damage and we put together an additional work quote to carry out repairs using the Repaircare system. This is a crucial part of the job, if rot is not cut out and replaced it tends to spread into surrounding substrates causing further damage.
Snagging- Should there be any items to be completed, i.e. a tenant was away on holiday we will get back and complete the works on an agreed date.
Guaranteed works - 12 months warranty on all completed works.
Long lasting lifespans- we use the Dulux Weathershield system, giving between 8-10 years.
We can liaise with your tenants to arrange the decoration work.

Health and safety compliant, we provide risk assessments and method statements prior to commencing work. We have an ongoing commitment to train our decorators and keep their skills up to date. On all jobs, we provide toolbox talks to ensure our workers are familiar with the work method and health and safety measures in place.
Meeting CDM2015 regulations- Where a project lasts 30 days or more the client needs to notify HSE. We can advise and discuss implications and requirements for meeting these regulations.
