British Gaskets Ltd.

The requirement:
We were called to British Gaskets to quote their 1000m2 industrial floor at Sudbury. The floor was flaking and some walkways needed moving due to new plant installations.

The solution:
We carried this project out over the Xmas shutdown to minimise disruption to the business. Our resin floor team started by diamond grinding the floor and filling defects. We then applied a light grey resin coating to the main areas. Once the grey had cured we returned to mask and apply 2 coats of a red contrast colour to form the pedestrian walkways. This helps British Gaskets conform to HSE guidelines of separating traffic in the workplace.

Result:
We completed this project within 5 days, on time and budget.
