Overview
Anglia Decor completed another cladding spraying project at a BYD car showroom. The work involved a full exterior cladding refurbishment to restore the building's appearance and protect the cladding panels from further weathering and deterioration.

Preparation and Process
The project followed Anglia Decor's established cladding spraying process. The team began by removing all signage from the building facade. With the signs removed, the full cladding surface was pressure washed to remove dirt, algae, atmospheric deposits and any loose material that could compromise coating adhesion.
Once the cladding was clean and dry, all windows, doors, signage areas and surrounding surfaces were carefully masked to protect them from overspray. Thorough masking is essential on showroom projects where glass frontages and customer-facing areas must remain clean throughout the works.
Manor High-Build Vinyl Coating
The prepared cladding was sprayed with Manor high-build vinyl, a durable coating system designed for external cladding applications. Manor high-build vinyl provides excellent weather resistance, UV stability and colour retention, 3 qualities that are essential for buildings exposed to the elements year-round. The high-build formulation delivers superior film thickness, reducing the number of coats required while providing long-lasting protection.
The result is a uniform, factory-fresh finish across the entire building exterior. Cladding spraying with Manor high-build vinyl typically provides 10 to 15 years of protection before recoating is required, making it a highly cost-effective maintenance solution for commercial properties.
