Cladding Cleaning
Over time industrial cladding can become discoloured, sun damaged and pick up algae and organic growth. We can help restore your industrial premises to looking like new again. Our team not only carry out cleaning of industrial cladding, but also specialise in cladding spraying. We have completed several large scale cladding spraying jobs including a 4000m2 project at Costco Watford.
Our industrial cleaning teams can remove ingrained dirt, organic matter and discolouration from warehouses, office blocks, factories and schools.
We are able to use a variety of techniques to clean your building, including soft washing, pressure washing and steam cleaning. Pre-finished plastisol cladding will be able to stand up to pressure washing, unless it has become defective and started flaking and blistering. At this point it would be worthwhile removing the defective coating and applying a new long lasting coating. We are able to apply Tor coatings, Noxyde coating, giving a 15 year warranty.

We have been trading since 2010, a well established company to trust when it comes to building maintenance.  Our operatives are trained through IPAF in the use of cherry pickers and scissor lifts. All projects have risk and method statements, and our supervisors hold SSSTS training.
