Avelair Cladding Spraying

Requirement:
We were called by Avelair Ltd to quote for spraying 400m2 of industrial cladding. The cladding had been recently painted but no preparation was carried out and areas on the front were already flaking and peeling.

Solution:
We hired in a cherry picker to provide access for the project. Our operatives hold IPAF certification, working at heights and SSSTS training. Our team arrived and started pressure washing the cladding using an industrial de-greaser.  We then sanded the cladding to ensure any defective coatings were removed. The windows were masked to prevent overspray. Our team applied 2 coats of Zinsser Allcoat in grey with green trim.

Results:
We completed the project on time and budget. Dave from Avelair was pleased with the preparation carried out and happy with the workmanship on the job.
