Printech Cladding Painting

Requirement:
We were called by Printech Ltd to quote for spraying their building, around 700m2 cladding. The cladding was flaking as it had never been painted from new around 15 years ago. There were a few signs of corrosion and rust in areas.

Solution:
This project was accessible by cherry picker, this is more cost effective compared to scaffold. We pressure washed the cladding to remove any defective paint and rubbed down to ensure all loose coatings were removed. Areas of rust were treated with a rust converter and primed. Our team then applied 2 coats of Zinsser Allcoat to the cladding. The business was operational throughout the project, we minimised disruption by working out of hours where needed.

Results:
Our team completed this project within a few weeks and Printech were very happy with the finished result. The job was carried out a few years ago now and as expected still looks in perfect condition. This cladding project will last around 15 years.
