Costco Watford

Requirement:
We were called by Toureen group to quote for spraying 4000m2 of industrial cladding at Costco Watford. The site manager, Paul was concerned for the issue of overspray to cars in the nearby car park and pointed out it was always busy. Toureen group were carrying out an extension to the offices, a new multi story car park and a new petrol station.

Solution:
We hired in scissor lifts and cherry pickers to provide access for the project. Our operatives are IPAF qualified and also hold SSSTS training. Our team arrived and started pressure washing the cladding using an industrial de-greaser.  We then rubbed the cladding down to remove any nibs and create a key.
Our team arrived at 430am to spray the front elevation of cladding. We also carried out busy entrance way areas early in the morning to avoid the danger to Costco staff. All sensitive areas, brickwork and windows were masked. We applied 2 coats of Zinsser Allcoat satin to the cladding by airless sprayer. The red band was painted by brush and roller.

Results:
We completed the project on time and budget. There were no complaints of damage to cars thanks to our team working either weekend shifts or very early mornings.
