Temadur 50 is a general purpose topcoat for constructional steelwork and machinery. Comes in a wide range of colours including metallic.
Treating cut edge corrosion
Cladding and roof profiles can show signs of corrosion at the cut edge. As water penetrates it can start to rust and the coating debonds from the metal substrate. If left untreated the rust lead to erosion of the roof and leaks can occur.
We can use a range of systems to treat this including Giromax, Delcote and Tor before carrying out on site spraying.
Treating any cut edge corrosion before damage occurs is far more cost effective than replacement of roofing or cladding sections.

Our team carried out a cladding spraying project in Summer 2021. The defective coatings were removed by pressure wash using a turbo nozzle. We then rubbed down & filled any holes. The red, white and blue cladding coatings were applied, transforming these 2 industrial units and giving a 15 year expected lifespan.

We were called to the Archive warehouse to help update their industrial building. It was flaking and in a mid brown colour. Our operatives degreased, then 4000psi pressure washed to remove flaking coatings. We primed bare metal with Zinsser Allcoat and applied a coat of Noxyde to all areas. The top band, windows and shutters were highlighted in a darker anthracite grey.
