Our team of airless sprayers are well experienced in the preparation of substrates. Often we find industrial cladding and shutters in poor condition, flaking and rusting.
Our operatives are able to remove defective coatings back to a sound base. Where rusting and corrosion occurs we apply a specialist rust converter to stop further deterioration. The prepared areas are given a spot prime of appropriate metal primer.
When it comes to health and safety, we follow best practice for our industry and employ external advisers H.S. Direct. to ensure we are compliant. R.A.M.S. are written up and the work progresses in a safe and careful manor. Our operatives are well trained in working at height, IPAF trained for cherry picker usage and emergency first at work.

The process:
The first step is to visit your premises to carry out a free quotation. Some projects, where straightforward can be estimated from quantities and pictures.
We discuss the job requirements, paint colours and your timescales to plan the project.
Next we write up risk assessments and method statements and email to you along with our insurance policy. When our operatives start the job they will have a signed copy onsite as the job progresses.
Our spray painters arrive on time and start the preparation work of preparing any surfaces to be sprayed. They dust off and start masking up any sensitive substrates that are to be kept clean of paint.
Once all the prep work is complete our spray painters start, it is a quick and efficient system producing a uniform ‘like new’ finish.
When the topcoats are complete, we remove all masking and tidy up the job.
