Asbestos strip, over-cladding, slab repair, extensions, or a full new-build factory. Whichever route gives you the best asset value, we'll build it.
How an industrial build runs
1. Brief and feasibility
Send your brief and target use class. We return an outline scope, a draft programme and a feasibility note inside three working days.
2. Design and planning
Architecture, structural and M&E design under one design lead. Planning, building regulations, statutory undertakers and CDM all managed in-house.
3. Build
Groundworks, steel portal frame, composite cladding, power-floated slab, M&E, fit-out, yards and external works. One project manager. One weekly report.
4. Handover and aftercare
O&M manuals, sign-offs, snagging, and a 12-month defects period with a single phone number to call.
