We carry out cyclical decorations in both public and private sectors. Working for a number of schools, social landlords and management companies across the South East. Anglia Decor can provide section 20 estimates for planned painting works.
We are capable of carrying out large scale projects, using specialist mobile elevated work platforms to keep access costs down. We are also skilled in prior to paint repairs, using the repair care system, a long lasting 2-part resin. Where fascia, soffit or windowsill goes beyond economical repair we can remove the substrate and replace with new wood. This element of the project is crucial to achieving long lasting cyclical decorations.
Cyclical decorating and refurbishment

We give a 12 month warranty on all completed work, if problems become evident we would like the chance to get back and make it right.

On all jobs, we provide toolbox talks to ensure our operatives are familiar with the work method and health and safety measures in place

The job is tidied up as works progress and carried out in a safe manor to minimise the risks posed. The nature of our work is busier during the summer months, with external projects being carried out. We balance this with scheduling internal painting and decorating projects during the winter months at a discounted rate.
We carried out a cyclical decoration project at Frinton Court. All mastic joints were removed and replaced along with weatherproofing brickwork with Storm Dry. The residents and Paul Bryan surveyors overseeing the project were very happy with the finished job.
Cyclical painting to industrial buildings
Anglia Decor have completed many cyclical painting projects to industrial units, factories and warehouses. Over time cladding to wall and roof facades breaks down and can look unsightly. If left flaking for longer periods it can rust and need replacing. We are able to prepare industrial cladding by pressure wash at 3000psi then apply a range of products by airless spraying to give 15 year lifespans.
When it comes to roof coatings it is necessary to install edge protection and under roof safety netting, as to HSE guidelines in ensuring safety to the workforce. Thicker more durable coatings are required for roof works as they are prone to sitting water and harsher weathering conditions.
